Performance Marketing Manager

Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns for our clients across Google, LinkedIn and Meta, and turn data into decisions that lower cost per lead and grow pipeline.

What you’ll do

  • Plan and run paid search, paid social and display campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta.
  • Own budgets, bidding and audience strategy, including ABM and retargeting audiences.
  • Work with our designers on ad creatives and landing pages, and run structured A/B tests.
  • Set up and maintain tracking: GA4, UTMs, conversion events and ad platform pixels.
  • Report clearly on performance, from cost per lead to pipeline, and recommend what to do next.

What you’ll bring

  • 4+ years managing paid campaigns, ideally for B2B or agency clients.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills with GA4, spreadsheets and dashboards.
  • A clear grasp of landing page and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Clear written and spoken English for working with global clients.

Nice to have: Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce reporting · ABM campaign experience · Using AI tools to speed up analysis and testing

Lead UX for websites, web apps and SaaS products, from research and flows to prototypes, usability testing and design systems.

What you’ll do

  • Run discovery and user research: interviews, analytics reviews and journey mapping.
  • Shape information architecture, user flows and wireframes for complex products.
  • Design high-fidelity interfaces and clickable prototypes in Figma.
  • Plan and run usability tests, and turn findings into clear design decisions.
  • Build and maintain design systems, and hand off developer-ready specs.

What you’ll bring

  • 6+ years in UX or product design, with a portfolio showing your process, not just final screens.
  • Expert Figma skills, including components, variants and prototyping.
  • Experience designing web apps, dashboards or SaaS products.
  • Solid understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design.
  • Confidence presenting work and rationale to clients.

Nice to have: Design system ownership at scale · Basic HTML and CSS knowledge · Using AI tools in research synthesis and prototyping

Design the assets our clients’ marketing runs on: presentations, social and display ads, email designs, infographics and campaign visuals, always on brand and on time.

What you’ll do

  • Design marketing assets: pitch decks, whitepapers, infographics and one-pagers.
  • Create social, display and email visuals, adapted across every size and platform.
  • Work within client brand guidelines, and help build reusable templates.
  • Prepare production-ready files for web, email and print.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, developers and marketers on campaigns.

What you’ll bring

  • 2+ years of professional graphic or marketing design experience.
  • A strong portfolio with layout, typography and brand work.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • An eye for detail, and the ability to manage several projects at once.
  • Good written English and clear communication.

Nice to have: Motion design (After Effects or similar) · Presentation design in PowerPoint or Google Slides · Using AI image tools responsibly in your workflow
