Why UX matters

If people can’t use it, it doesn’t work.

Good UX is not decoration. It is how quickly people find what they need, finish a task and come back.

users are typically enough to reveal most of the usability problems in a design, so testing early is fast and affordable.

Research, not guesswork

We design with people, not just for them.

AI helps us move faster, but it can’t sit with your users. Every project starts with understanding real people and ends with testing designs in front of them.

  • Understand. Interviews, analytics and journey mapping to find the real problems.
  • Shape. Information architecture, user flows and wireframes that make the path obvious.
  • Prove. Clickable prototypes tested with users before a line of production code.

Rohit Srivastav

Achinta and his team at RoundPatch handled web design and development for us across multiple projects, and they delivered every time. The work was solid, communication was easy, and they genuinely cared about getting the details right. I'd happily work with them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable web dev and design partner.

FAQ

Good questions.

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

What is the difference between UI and UX design?

UX design is about how something works: the research, structure and flows that help people complete tasks. UI design is how it looks and feels: layout, typography, colour and components. We do both, together.

Can you redesign an existing product or website?

Yes. We start with a review of your current experience and analytics, find the biggest problems, and redesign with your users and business goals in mind.

Do you test designs with real users?

Yes. We test prototypes with a small group of real users before development. Even five participants usually reveal most of the important usability issues.

Will developers be able to build the designs easily?

Yes. We hand over components, states, spacing and accessibility notes, and we can build the product ourselves if you need development too.

Have a product that should feel simpler?

Tell us about it. We’ll find the friction and design a clearer experience.
